I am writing a testimonial for the Philadelphia Mastermind Group Meeting that you put on every month. I have attended 3 or 4 Philadelphia Mastermind Group Meetings in a row since May or June. I have found that I have learned important information at each meeting, which relates directly to my real estate investing. Some of the information I have utilized and other information has made me aware of certain things that I need to be aware of. Each meeting teaches different and up to date information just as if you were attending classes in school.

 

It’s a continuing education process put on by a very intelligent and successful investor, Paul McGarry, who enjoys teaching and helping people..

 

Some of the meetings have guests from different professions who discuss what they do and how investors can utilize their services. They help eliminate myths, speculation, and uncertainty with respect to investors utilizing their services. It’s a great way to make investors aware of what services are available to them and allows investors to network with these professionals.

 

Paul McGarry through these meetings has taught me a great deal of useful information and allowed me to network with other people who can and are helping me become a true real estate investor for a ridiculous fee of $20. I have learned more through Paul’s meeting than through a ridiculously expensive weekend class that skimmed over material.

 

I am a new and developing investor with high hopes and dreams who has taken the plunge and does not want to go back. Paul McGarry has been an influential part of my becoming a successful investor.
